BoxFit - BoxFit is a circuit based class which involves the muscles of the core, upper body, shoulders, and hips. It is also a great cardio and strength workout.

Step aerobics - Gets your heart and lungs in shape and tones your tush. Step aerobics is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers.

Spinning - These traditional indoor cycling classes offer a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road.

Spin & Burn - Enjoy a fun and challenging cycle workout. This popular high intensity indoor exercise class will strengthen your heart and tone your legs while riding through challenging terrain.

BLT - "Bums, Legs & Tums" slims and tones three common trouble zones at once. The class is a full body aerobic workout, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels and raise their stamina. It is a fantastic calorie burning workout.

Aquafit - A multi-level pool workout that offers both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning using the water's resistance to tone the entire body.

Boot Capm - Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.

Swim lessons - We have a well established swimming school teaching kids from level 1 to level 7. Children as young as 4yrs. can join our swim lessons, they run for 7 weeks in line with the school terms, early booking is advised as places fill quickly. ​Adult lessons and Private one to one swim lessons are also available.
