Ab Attack - Cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
Boxercise - A group class that incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. An excellent workout guaranteed.
