Ocean fitness club is tailored to suit all ages and all levels of fitness. Whether it's swimming lengths in one of the two spacious, sunlit pools or a more strenuous workout, Ocean Fitness has something to suit you.
The Ocean fitness centre feature two swimming pools, an 18-metre hydrotherapy pool and a 25-metre, six-lane pool, members can also enjoy the Luxury Leisure Suite, as well as a steam room and sauna.
Ocean Fitness boasts three separate gym areas and three independent group exercise studios. A Studio to accommodate various types of aerobic, dance and core classes; a Spin Studio that hosts a range of high-intensity
group Spin classes, offering
classes for beginners, intermediate and expert levels; and the third Studio is a private, carpeted studio that suits slower paced classes such as Pilates, Yoga and Mother & Baby Yoga.
With access to advanced gym areas featuring top of the range equipment, your fitness will be taken to a new level in the comfort of new and luxurious surroundings.
